Mountain Laurel Kennels is a facility with design elements to aid in the reduction of stress normally brought on by fear and separation anxiety during the boarding process. Each of our runs have a built-in separation Anti-Fight barrier which significantly reduces the amount of growling, intimidation and aggression issues with other dogs. We are a No Community Yard Kennel! Your pet will enjoy Private Play and Never be mixed with other dogs unless Both Owners have signed off on it.
Upon check in your pet will be placed into a spacious run that has been fully cleaned and disinfected for their safety and protection. They will continue to experience that same level of sanitation throughout their stay due to disinfectant measures we take at routine intervals throughout the daily schedule to ensure the cleanest environment at all times. We find that by simply taking care of those "pools and piles" as they happen and using a simple disinfect approach, it provides a healthier climate for our pets. We employ measures to reduce the amount of excessive moisture that is common with kennel wash downs and excessive water usage at some other facilities. By doing this we eliminate the probability of mold, mildew and other viruses from forming.
We provide the following services:
- 2 complete facilities with 32 Various Sized Runs to separate larger and smaller dogs, complete with Anti-Fight panels in all runs
- Owner lives on site
- 24 hour Fire and Security monitoring
- Safe and sanitary runs
- Climate controlled with A/C and In Floor Radiant Heat with Back up Generators for All Spaces.
- Constant rotation for potty and play/exercise breaks throughout the day (up to 8 hours of play a day)
- Fifteen Private play/exercise yards with shade awnings
- Personalized care based on your pet's needs
- Pets are fed twice daily or at your directed intervals (Daily Food Fee applies if Kennel Provides Food)
- Convenient location close to I-68 and Rt. 7
- We NEVER charge extra for exercise, playtime, petting, brushing, Human interaction, treats, administering medications and most of all Love!
- Exit bathing available upon request. Rates starting at $20 based on weight/size.
